Truly, each birth is like a fingerprint; no two births are the same. There are countless ways to approach birth. What matters most is discovering which choices are right for you, and having a much-deserved system of support and guidance to see those choices come to life.

Our intention is to enhance your knowledge and understanding so that you can walk through the process of preparing to have your baby with confidence.

Step One... Ready
Take the test see what you know. Your first birth plan print out is just for you. Next, you can decide what you want to brush up on, and what you are already comfortable with. Don’t forget to utilize the hipbirth method resources to fill in the blanks.
Step Two... Set
We suggest that you bring a copy to your doctor early on in your pregnancy so you can work on compromises and solutions together. You don’t want to encounter any surprise disagreements with your doctor on the day you give birth.This heightens stress and tension, which is completely unnecessary and avoidable on the happiest day of your life! This can happen weather you are planning a natural or medicated birth.
Step Three... Go!
Make several copies that are specific and appropriate for your medical team to hand out on the big day. We are cheering for you from the sidelines!
